Zan Nicholls
Owner/President
Zan is the Owner/President of Nicholls Trucking. She is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the company and runs the office. Zan always has a smile and is freindly to all.
John E Nicholls
Vice President
John has been dispatching and overseeing the maintenance since 2018.
John L Nicholls
Retired - mechanic/driver
John has worked with the company since it opened. He was a dispatcher/driver/mechanic until 2014 and now primarily is retired, spending much of his time traveling. When he is around he will still help drive and work on the trucks.
Cheryl Nicholls
Retired - consultant
Cheryl stepped down from President in 2025 and now provides consultation to Zan and the office as needed. She is enjoying traveling in retirement.
Karl Jensen
Driver
Karl is our senior driver having been with us since 2001 (approaching 25 years). We are grateful to him, and appreciate the time he has spent here. There is not many situations that he has not "been there, and done that" by now.
Joe Robertson
Driver - Retired
Joe "Cowboy" Robertson is famous for his hot pastrami sandwiches that he sometimes brings to hand out to the crews we are working with. There is never any leftovers which tells you how good they are. He retired at the end of July 2025 after working with us since 2006.
Keith Divelbiss
Driver
Keith has been with us since 2016. He always puts in extra effort to keep a clean truck, something he takes pride in. He helps out in the shop when needed, gives guidance and training to newer drivers, and is always willing to lend a hand.
Dean Lawrence
Driver
Dean is currently taking some time with family but we hope to have him return as soon as he is able. He has been a great addition to our group. He always has a smile, a good attitude, and an offer to help others.

David Cameron
Driver
David has been with us for a couple of years. He is also new to construction trucking but has been adapting well. His positive attitude is always appreciated.
Joshua Steelman
Driver
Josh joined the Nicholls Trucking team in September 2024. Josh is new to the construction side of trucking but has been a great addition. He has a good attitude and lifts up the whole team.
Micheal Parent
Driver
Mike started in February 2025. He has been driving end dumps and super dumps locally. He is learning quickly and his addition to the team has been welcomed.
Scott Boileau
Driver
Scott started in April of 2025. New to construction trucking he has brought a great attitude and a desire to learn. He has learned quickly and is always willing to learn from or help others.
Brian Maas
Driver
Brian started in May of 2025 with some prior experience in a dump truck. He has been challenged quickly and risen to the occasion every time. He has been a great addition to the team so far.
Chris German
Driver
Chris started in August of 2025 with some prior experience trucking. He has been mostly in the superdump but has been learning how to transfer when he has time. WE are glad to have him on the team.
Kari Acosta
Office Staff
Kari Started in October of 2025 She brings a fun attitude and has been quickly learning to do the accounts payable/receivable and certified payroll. She works with Zan to keep the wheels turning around here.

Ryan is back working for us and is doing great. Helping to show new drivers how we do things and always willing to help out. He is learning quickly and his addition to the team has been welcomed.
Steve Camilli

Steve has had his commercial license for quite a while but is new to the construction trucking industry. He is eager to learn and help out. We look forward to his continued growth.
